Andrew Anderson 1816 to 1876 (Fifth Generation)
Andrew Anderson was an eighth generation American. He was descended solely from Dutch stock. His American ancestors immigrated to New Netherland between about 1625 and 1660 into what is now New York and New Jersey.
One of Andrew Anderson’s most famous ancestors was Thomas Fredericksen of the Cadmus family, who was one of the first settlers of New Netherland, who immigrated to New Netherland in about 1648.
